DILUVIO Rias Baixas

The grapes for this Albariño come from a patchwork of very small, individual vineyards in Barro, often from back garden plots of less than half a hectare, some of which are over 70 years old. In this region there are granite soils and the Atlantic has a major influence on the vines with mild temperatures and abundant rainfall. This wine shows great varietal typicity with an intensely aromatic nose of white flowers and white peach fruit. The palate is soft with the trademark Galician refreshing acidity and complex minerality.
